The DeWitt Chamber & Development Company (DCDC) wants to say "Thank you" for supporting our local businesses with our 33rd Annual Autumn Fest Celebration!
This year's event is going to be bigger, better AND more spread out to help practice good social distancing to keep participants safe while enjoying the event!
Face Masks are welcomed and encouraged during the annual event and we want everyone to feel safe as they are walking around!
We will be spreading out all the way down 6th Ave, towards Scott Drug Pharmacy to help with good social distancing and there will be plenty to see and experience the entire way!
You can still count on some of your favorite activities such as a performance from Rhythm Avenue in the Lincoln Park Bandshell from 3-4 pm. Following be a kid's Magic Show from 4-4:45 pm under the Shelter in Lincoln Park. After the magic show, be sure to grab your balloon animals from the Magician himself! Then starting at 5 until 8 pm, enjoy live music from Hap Hazard!
**Due to covid-19, Autumn Fest will not have a face painter available this year.
On 6th Ave and the side streets, you will still be able to participate in the ever popular Side Walk Chalk Contest, DeWitt's Mellennia Martial Arts will be performing in the Crossroads intersection from 5-6 pm! Plus tons of food options from local restaurants and food trucks! Be sure to come hungry! You'll also be able to find your favorites from the DeWitt Famer's Market, local craft vendors as well as goodie's from companies such as Pampered Chef, plus much more!
NEW THIS YEAR!! Stop by Hall of Fame Pizza and Wings in DeWitt to sign up for the BAGS TOURNAMENT organized by the DeWitt Junior Women! More info to come but sign up can take place now!
While strolling around 6th Ave, be sure to check out the classic car show, a Downtown 6th Ave Scavenger Hunt organized by the FBW Library while enjoying sidewalk sales and specials from local retailers!
This year you can listen to Live Music everywhere you go! Enjoy music from Hap Hazard from 5-8 pm in the Lincoln Park bandshell! Along with music from Jordan Danielsen & Jef Spradley from 2-5, followed by Wild Oatz Band from 7-11 at Murphy's Pub! Be sure to also stop down at The Old Library to catch Cale Bowe from 5-8 pm!
