Bends & Brews is a yoga class led by a certified yoga instructor, Sarah Wendland. It is a comfortable, welcoming environment. While participating in a guided yoga practice, enjoy a cold beverage! Draft and domestic beer, along with white claws, will be available for purchase during the event*. Non-Alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase. This event is great for first-time yogis or those advanced in their practice. Sarah will guide you through the motions, giving modifications and assistance to ensure an enjoyable yoga experience! *Must be 21 to purchase and consume alcohol. Bring your own mat or request one beforehand.
