Simply B Yoga-DeWitt is offering a Breast Cancer Awareness yoga class-donation based on Mondays, October 1-23, from 5:30-6:30 PM. Cost of class is donation based and all proceeds will go to Pink For the Cure-DeWitt Community Hospital Foundation.
The class is for all levels of yoga and will utilize the principles of Yoga4Cancer. Bobbi is a certified 500-hour yoga instructor with additional certification in the Yoga4Cancer methodology. A Yoga4Cancer class is beneficial to ALL and the vinyasa style flow will focus on accommodating range of motion, use of resistance to build strength, breath to movement, and engaging the relaxation response.
