Category winners are eligible to compete in the IFBF Cookout Contest at the 2020 Iowa State Fair
Chicken and Ribs will be provided by the Charlotte Locker. St. Louis style Spare Ribs (3 racks) & 10 bone-in Chicken Thighs. Beef (no brisket) & Open must be provided on your own.
Charcoal or wood fire fuels only - No electric, gas or pellet smokers allowed. Meat can be picked up beginning at 7 a.m. at Charlotte Locker. Cooking begins after inspection.
