DeWitt's Hometown Christmas is a free event to the public. Come and spend the day in DeWitt and get into the Christmas spirit!!
9-11 AM Kid's Christmas Carnival at Emmaus Road Church!
Santa arrives via Fire Truck at 9 am where children are welcome to come sit with him and get their picture taken. The popular Santa Picture Pass will be back this year to cut down your time waiting in line. Visits with Santa are free with a canned good donation for the DeWitt Referral Center.
Enjoy 25 cent carnival games while at the Children's Christmas Carnival!
Family Holiday Movie* at the DeWitt Operahouse Theater

11:15 AM Doors will open. Free entrance and a hot dog lunch from the DeWitt Nite Lions with a canned food donation for the DeWitt Referral Center. Concession stand will also be available.

Live Window Walk
5:00-7:00 PM Live & Lit Holiday Windows, Warming Stations, Christmas Hidden Letter Search, Gingerbread House Contest, Holiday Wreath Contest & Silent Auction, DeWitt Nite Lions Free Dinner (with canned food donation) and more! Many businesses will have extended hours. Gingerbread and Holiday Wreath Contest registration forms can be picked up at the DCDC, DeWitt Bank & Trust and First Central State Bank!
Lighted Vehicle Parade
5:00 PM Starting on South 6th Ave, traveling north and ending at Lincoln Park to help light the big Christmas Tree!
Lighting of the Christmas Tree
5:15 PM Immediately following the Lighted Pickup Parade we will plug in the Christmas Tree in Lincoln Park
