Join us for the "eat Lunch & Learn something - Burnout vs. Balance" to learn and explore strategies to decrease burnout and improve self-care in your life and profession. In today's fast-paced world, burnout is a real concern affecting productivity and well-being.
Participants will:
- Learn the definition, signs, and symptoms of burnout in the workplace.
- Learn the difference between burnout and compassion fatigue.
- Learn the difference between burnout and stress.
- Use an outcome measure to assess the current level of burnout.
- Learn strategies for decreasing burnout and improving self-care.
