Employer sponsored wellness programs have increased in popularity over the past decade, but not all have shown to be successful. This presentation will best define the meaning of wellness, discuss why wellness is important in the workplace, explore common wellness programs on the market, and identify key program components that are proven to improve employee health and reduce the significant increase in medical claim costs year after year.
Kenneth Asta, Director of Employee Health for Rock Valley Physical Therapy will be showing us some good ways to stay healthy in the workplace and to encourage your employees to stay health while at work!
