ERC Good Friday Service

Join us Friday, April 3 at 7:00 PM at Emmaus Road Church for our Good Friday service.

This Tenebrae service (Latin for “darkness” or “shadows”) is a solemn time of reflection through Scripture, music, and meditation, marking Christ’s passion and death. As the service unfolds, candles are gradually extinguished—symbolizing the abandonment of Jesus by His disciples—until only the Christ candle remains, and finally, darkness and silence fill the room.
