The Evolution of the Heartland immersive tours are designed to showcase what’s happening in rural Iowa today and highlight how agriculture has been a catalyst for entrepreneurial mindsets who believe in growing their dreams and contributing to the greater common good. The event draws people to the area to learn about agriculture, small business, and how rural communities are thriving. The event intends to leave you with a changed impression of what rural Iowa and agriculture are all about. Attendees can expect to participate in two immersive tours, including Crystal Creek Enterprises, and choice of Moore Local, Wending Quarries and DeWitt Vet Clinic. There is also a main-street luncheon with time to explore the downtown businesses. Motor coach transportation will be provided to tour sites and lunch and attendees will be able to network with others. Attendees will receive an Evolution of the Heartland swag bag with Iowa goods, Evolution of the Heartland t-shirt and event guide.
