Join us for free yoga sessions at Westbrook Park. We will be just west of the parking lot. Remember to bring your mat, water bottle, and a friend. Sessions are held every Saturday in July at 9 AM, close to the playground—perfect for bringing along the kids. We will have a few extra mats you can borrow. Don't forget your bug spray and sunscreen!
