Mindful Teen is an engaging 6-session workshop series for 7th & 8th graders. Mindful teen focuses on providing practical strategies to manage stress, difficult emotions and help improve overall well-being, relationships and performance in school, sports, the arts and other daily activities. Book, journal and snacks provided. Based on The Mindful Teen by Dr. Dzung X. Vo.
