Central Community Historical Society will host a speaker on October 16th, 2017 at 6:30 PM for approximately an hour presentation. This is a free program. John Brassard, Jr. will present a program titled "Murder, Theft and Family Tragedy in Clinton County" John is a local historian and columnist for the DeWitt Observer. The program will look at the murder of Esther Alger and the much later Shafer murder. It should be very interesting.
