Come join us for our monthly installment of BEER YOGA at Murphy’s Pub! Grab your mat, your friends, and let’s have some fun! From 6:00-7:00pm We will have a lighthearted yoga flow for all levels-beginners welcome! You can practice your favorite poses with your favorite beverage & your favorite people! Socialization afterwards is encouraged :) Cost is $15 per person with one drink included. Bring your own mat. Please preregister by contacting Julie Murphy, Sun and Soul Shine Yoga with Julie or 610-909-0599 to put your name on the list. The rest is first come first serve as we will cap the class at 40 people. Cheers!!
