Raising Hope After 174 years serving the most vulnerable people in our community, Family Resources knows a thing or two about hope. We know that hope requires healing. We know that healing requires help. And we know that help is what we need to continue supporting successful lives to build strong communities. So, today, we’re writing to you to ask for your help as we look forward at the year ahead. For more than 16 years, our annual Gala was our single largest source of flexible funding that allowed us to support so many of our programs and services. In 2020, we had to reimagine what it meant to gather together, but you stayed with us every step of the way, making our Open Your Doors: A House Party for a Purpose into a fun and successful experience. Now this year, we are ready to gather again.. in person… to do what it is we do best when we’re together: To raise a little bit of money and a whole lot of hope for the communities who count on us. Join us for Raising Hope, an evening cruising the Mississippi River aboard the Celebration Belle.
