This rededication of the Low Moor Veteran's Memorial will honor all those persons from Low Moor who have served their country with distinction in the United States Armed Forces.
The ceremony will be on Friday, November 11th at 1:00 PM at the Low Moor Community Center. All construction will be completed by that date. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will recognize the completion of the project. This project was funded through generous donations from many supporters, and special thanks to the Clinton County Development Association for their generous donation to make this project happen.
