23rd ~ Spring Fling ~ 10 AM ~ Eco Center, Rock Creek ~ Spend the day celebrating spring! At 10 AM there will be a FREE egg hunt for ages 1-12 in and around the Eco Center. Join Naturalist Jill Schmidt for “The Cool, Jumpy & Scaly Herptiles” a wildlife program at 10:30 AM. You will get a chance to investigate all of the unique features our reptiles and amphibians have to survive! Join in on some family fun in a scavenger hunt throughout the park. Meet on the back deck at 12:30 PM to collect your clues and enjoy your exploration as you strive to complete the hunt! The day will include other fun activities such as balloon art, live animals and crafts!
