Starry Nights of Love 2023
During these seasons of thanksgiving, remembrance and wonder, we invite you to join us in lighting the windows of the Genesis Medical Center, DeWitt with Starry Nights of Love.
As a fundraiser, the DeWitt Community Hospital Auxiliary is offering you the opportunity to light stars to remember, to honor or to thank someone special. We are a 501c3 charitable organization, and your donation is 100% tax deductible.
The lighting will begin on November 27th and continue through January 16th. A list of donors and honorees will be posted in the hospital entrances and the Observer.
All funds received will stay in the GMC-DeWitt, Eldridge PT and Fieldstone communities. This year our Auxiliary is donating an AED & Handheld Doppler for Fieldstone and a Nustep Recumbent Cross Trainer, Treatment Table and Matrix Upright Cycle for GMC-DeWitt PT.
These items are on the various departments “wish list”; items that have not been able to be met by the budget, but will aid the staff to give a more pleasant or comfortable experience at these locations.
A donation of $25 per honoree is suggested. Checks should be made payable to “DCH Auxiliary” and check and form sent to: Cindy Garcia, 2278 350th Avenue, DeWitt, IA 52742.
