Join us to watch the short film What I Wish My Parents Knew from Tell My Story.
What I Wish My Parents Knew is a 45-minute documentary that gives voice to young people silently struggling with depression and anxiety. Ten brave youth share their personal stories of living in crisis and open up about what they wish their families would have known.
We'll start out morning at about 10am with an icebreaking activity and then watch the movie. After the movie, we'll join in a guided discussion led by Rebekah Clark, LISW, LCSW, and Miriam Prichard, LMHC. This session will provide a safe space for you to ask questions, share experiences, and learn practical ways to support youth mental wellbeing.
Refreshments will be provided.
You don’t need to register to participate but knowing how many people are coming will help us plan! Register here!
