We are seeking an individual to join our team who is a licensed tax professional. The services we offer include:

• Tax Planning and Preparation

• Business Consulting

• Accounting and Bookkeeping

• Payroll Processing

• Financial Reporting Preparations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 5 year’s tax experience preferred

• CPA license preferred

• Firm knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes

Job Duties, including excellent verbal and written communication skills:

• Ability to manage multiple clients and consistently meet and exceed their expectations

• Prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals and businesses using Ultra tax software

• Conduct tax interviews with clients for planning and return preparation

• Ability to research complex federal and state tax issues

• Ability to respond to federal and state tax notices

• Financial statement preparation, bank reconciliations, preparation of trial balances and bookkeeping for clients (knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus)

• Prepare and process payroll

• Process state income tax withholding & unemployment deposits

• Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax returns
