Kunau Implement is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our award-winning service team in DeWitt, IA as a Groundskeeper / Machinery Detailer. This role is essential in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of our equipment and facility. Working hours are M-F 7:30 am-5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, weed trimming, and basic landscape maintenance (seasonal)
• Wash and detail agricultural, construction, and lawn & garden equipment (interior and exterior)
• Fuel equipment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of service loaner machines
• Move equipment between service areas, wash bays, and parking lot
• Keep service areas clean, safe, and free of debris (including snow removal)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay
• Support the service team with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to safely operate agricultural and construction equipment
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs., occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable bending, stooping, and reaching overhead
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
