What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment from leading brands, including CASE IH, New Holland, Kubota, and Cub Cadet.
- Service a wide variety of equipment, from residential lawn mowers to self-propelled forage harvesters.
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs while meeting high standards for quality and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional service that keeps our customers' equipment running when they need it most.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience servicing agricultural or commercial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural and automotive mechanical systems, gas and diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, electrical systems, CAN Bus systems, machine assembly, and computer-based diagnostics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
