POSITION SUMMARY
The Lead Teller is responsible for being the lead for the Teller team in answering questions, performing overrides, managing work schedules, or any other job-related tasks. The Lead Teller also manages a drawer as a Teller. A Teller is responsible for making many transactions daily, and communicating with different types of clients. This position is accountable to process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. A Bank Teller is the “frontline” of our bank and plays a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.
