Operation Specialist

Operations Specialist is a full-time position that supports the daily Operation of the bank.  Job duties include:

  • Maintain the ACH environment within the bank
  • ACH Originator Audits Annually
  • Merchant Audits Annually
  • Assist in electric banking including
    • Debit Cards
    • Internet Banking
    • Mobile Banking
    • Mobile Deposit
    • Bill Pay
    • Business Online Banking
    • Merchant Deposits
  • Process wire transfers
  • Check Adjustments
  • Provide customer service to internal and external inquiries
 
Job Qualifications Include:
  • Previous banking experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer – word processing, spreadsheets, email, etc.
