Farm Bureau Financial Services: Front Desk Associate

Job Summary: 
Front Desk Associate is a full-time position that supports the daily operation of the DeWitt office.  Job duties include:
  • First point of contact of clients - in-person and call-in
  • Making Customer Calls for appointment scheduling and follow up
  • Availability from 7:45a-4:30p Monday-Thursday, 7:45am-4pm Friday
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry and meet compliance requirements 
  • Processing forms for client needs
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries
Job Qualifications Include:
  • Previous insurance experience preferred. If not currently licensed in Iowa for insurance, the associate will need to be committed to establishing their license. We will provide education needed.  
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer – word processing, spreadsheets, email, etc.
