Part-time Program Coordinator
The Congregation of the Humility of Mary is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to support retreat programming and hospitality at Our Lady of the Prairie Retreat.
This position works collaboratively with the Retreat Director to coordinate, schedule, and promote retreat programs and sponsored events while supporting the mission and spiritual nature of the retreat center.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating retreat and program schedules
- Assisting with marketing, communication, and social media
- Supporting long-range program planning
- Serving as liaison between guests, facilitators, and staff
- Promoting a welcoming and hospitable retreat environment
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Awareness of event coordination, hospitality, nonprofit, or ministry settings preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Understanding of Catholic values and traditions preferred
- Computer and social media proficiency
