About Us

The Crossroads Health Foundation was established in 1997 formerly known as the DeWitt Community Health Foundation. The inception of the organization was to help build a new hospital fast forward we have now evolved to a new mission: Partnering with rural communities to promote health and wellness for all. We support our local hospital and health care services now and in the future.
