About Us

The DeWitt Community Hospital Foundation (DCHF) was formed in 1997 for the purpose of developing, managing, and granting charitable support to meet the health-related needs of our area. In its first major campaign, the Foundation raised more than $5.8 million for renovation and construction of Genesis Medical Center, DeWitt. With the construction process complete, DCHF has refocused its efforts to assist the hospital by funding equipment, both large and small. We continue to focus our efforts on Westwing needs as well as the hospitals.
