Several organizations, businesses, and individuals will serve their favorite Soup or Chili. The competition is judged by the public with each attendee voting for their top three entries. Two winners will be named one in the soup and one in the chili. Winners receive $50 and bragging rights for the year. Proceeds will go to the development of the De Witt Noon Lions' Butterfly Garden at Westbrook Park in DeWitt.
