"Egypt, B.C. and A.D." presented by Dick and Shirley Cole of Eldridge. Very few groups venture into Egypt by the Cole's traveled there in 2008 and will share a glimpse into the history and cultures of a one-time great society. Religion prompted some of the greatest architecture and art ever undertaken. Their trip starts at Luxor on the Nile river and travels north to Cairo by ship, as well as camels, horses, feluccas and buses. From Cairo, they traveled by train to Alexandria to tour the great library and architecture surrounding the port on the Mediterranean Sea
