Grand Mound Cooperative Telephone (GMCT), a member-owned and community based broadband provider, serves portions of DeWitt with a fiber optic network and provides internet service, telephone, and digital TV. GMCT wants to have a conversation with the DeWitt business community about their broadband needs, their current service options, and how Grand Mound Cooperative Telephone might be able to provide better and more reliable broadband to the community. During this Lunch and Learn, representatives of Grand Mound Cooperative Telephone will outline where fiber optic services are available today and discuss possible plans to grow the network in the future. But mostly, we’d like to hear from YOU. What do you need, where do you need it, are current providers doing a good job for local businesses, and how can Grand Mound Cooperative Telephone help? A light lunch and beverages will be provided. Please RSVP online at http://bit.ly/GrandMoundLunch
