Presented by the Center for Child Health Improvement & Innovation, University of Iowa, this seminar is geared specifically for clergy, to give them the key skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or is experiencing a mental health crisis. Evidence shows that Mental Health First Aid training helps individuals feel more comfortable managing a crisis situation and build mental health literacy by helping participants identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness.
