Paul Skeffington Memorial Race

Held the 3rd Saturday in June, the Paul Skeffington Memorial Race is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2017.The Skeff Race is committed to making improvements in our community. Every year, the Skeff Race dedicates its proceeds to DeWitt Parks and Recreation projects and awards two scholarships for Central High School seniors. This is a community event with kids activities and entertainment. Four bikes will be given to four lucky children under 12  that participate in the Fun Run! Join us at the Lincoln Park band shell after the race for a free concert provided by 42 Romeo, a popular rock band of the 34th Iowa National Guard Army Band.
