Whisk Away Wreath Contest Official Rules
Wreaths must:
be decorated by the person submitting the entry and must be original, one-of-a-kind
be any size between 24-30 inches in diameter
must reflect a baking or cooking theme
consist of no live, organic materials
Entries must be completed and delivered to Whisk Away Cafe & Bakery, 919 Sixth Avenue, Monday, Nov. 30, 2015, by 6 p.m. Only one entry per person will be accepted and an entry form will be available on-site and must be completed and submitted with the entry. Corporate wreaths are welcome as long as the wreath is an original creation. All entries will be exhibited at Whisk Away Cafe and Bakery through January 4, 201.
Entries will be judged on workmanship, use of materials, creativity and originality. Entries will be judged for first, second and third place. The winner will be announced at Hometown Christmas, Saturday, 5, after the Lighted Pickup Parade.
Whisk Away will not be responsible for the return of the wreaths. Entrants should plan to take their wreath with them January 4. Wreaths not retrieved by close of business January 4 will be recycled/donated to the referral center.
1st Prize - Private Cooking class for 6 with Chef and Owner Laura Prichard and $50 gift certificate
2nd Prize - $50 Gift Certificate
3rd Prize - $25 Gift Certificate
