Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Office Coordinator to join our team. This role involves direct interaction with customers, supporting the sales process, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Position is 9 AM to 4 PM, beginning in July. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email

  • Process payments and handle basic financial transactions

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree a plus)

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
