Job Description | The Director of Continuing Education Programs will lead the team of Program Managers within the Continuing Education department of the Workforce Division. The Director will serve on the Workforce Leadership Team. This position will oversee open enrollment, community education, and some contract training programs, program development, and program evaluation. This individual will be responsible for researching the labor market to develop new programs to keep the EICC Workforce Division on the cutting edge of workforce training and development. This individual will collaborate with the EICC marketing team to develop and implement a marketing plan to promote the various programs and courses offered by the Workforce Division. This person is responsible for the creation and implementation of special projects, the development and improvement of department processes, and other projects in coordination with Vice Chancellor of Workforce Development. The Director will work closely with other members of the Workforce Leadership Team to ensure communication and coordination of workforce development programs. |
